This is latest android type C connector & plugs in easily in any orientation.
It is NOT an Apple Lightning connector & will not fit the older Apple products.

I have been using the cable for about a week. My galaxy S9 is charging well and fast. My original cable broke at the C-usb connection. then I bought a few nylon corded cables. All of them failed to charge my phone after about a week..Outer cable sheath seems to be more durable and the cable is relatively thick. I like this brand and safely recommend it. But only time will tell how good it is for long run.
