The most comfortable sleep mask I’ve had….and I’ve tried many over several decades. Doesn’t block light all round and I do have to pull it down further over my nose when i wake. Fine for night time…maybe not so efficient if needed for a day sleeper. On whole I’d recommend it…and have more than one so can be washed

This mask is SUPER silky soft and smooth. and has an adjustable strap. I did find a little bit of light leaked in by the nose. but if you tighten it a bit more it improves that. Overall. very comfortable. and good quality for the price.
