I had previously been using eye masks provided by airlines on long flights that I brought home. I find I sleep much better using these masks. This “super smooth eye mask” is incredibly soft and covers a much larger area than the ones I had used before. The back strap is adjustable to keep it tight as desired. Great price also. I highly recommend.

Does exactly what it should do the only thing i can fault is when i wake up and take the mask off i get a bad head ache because of the light. But i guess thats what it should do block the light
