Bought these after using a travel pair and finding they helped me sleep better but were a bit uncomfortable.They are lovely incredibly soft excellent fit and blackout. Very comfortable to sleep in. I am not sure why i sleep better with these on but if it helps i am happy.Definitely recommend for comfort.
