I put this on in the mornings when I want to sleep in. It is SO soft. I don”t wear it very tight just tight enough to hold it mostly in place. I usually wake up with it in the bed next to me but I don”t like the feeling of a tight sleep mask. It feels a million times better than the masks you get on long flights (I have a bunch of those they just don”t compare).
