This sleep mask is great! I can keep my heavy light-blocking drapes open to let in the summer night breeze and not be woken as soon as the early morning sun rises. They keep all the sun”s light out so I”m sleeping an hour or two longer most mornings. They also block more light than the light-blocking drapes so I”m guessing I”ll be using them this winter too even though the mornings are darker than summer”s.
