Cable seems well-made. Successful test from my point-and-shoot still-image camera to the small HD TV I was using as a monitor for a project of mine. Since the TV was considerably bigger than the view-screen on the camera it allowed me a larger view for previewing my photos when I was preserving images from paper photos and documents. If your camera has a mini-HDMI output port and you have access to a TV or computer monitor with a full-size HDMI input-port this cable can be helpful for the same purpose I mentioned as well as for simply displaying your photos (for others to see) directly from your camera.
