Holds an 11-inch laptop fine but my 13inch MacBook needs to lose some weight before it can fit. I try not to bring it up a lot though. It just causes a lot of tension in the house.

The use will be for my new computer 13. It is the right size and looks very nice. Also have a good foaming protection. As of the water resistance I prefer not to try. And durability seems good but in the beginning of use.
