I received this item 02/07/2020 today 03/16/2020 the outer plastic frame to the phone case has some how snapped. It was fine when I got into my car otw to work then I grab it and this….not what it claims to be

I was looking for a case that would protect my iPhone 7 and this fits the bill. Cost-effective and the iPhone slips into it very snugly. No separating the inner sleeve before inserting the iPhone. Rubber extension buttons work as intended. Overall. really nice case. It would be better if the rounded edges had more grip (rubber coating). maybe.

I like the item but it is a bit different to the photo – ie: not as silver/grey as the photo. It is a very dark grey.
