Customer Service seems great. I’ve only had the case for about 10 days and I’ve gotten 2 emails from the seller. Asking if it arrived and if I’m satisfied. So far I am. The case feels pretty durable. The sides are ‘grippy’ like it doesn’t feel like it’s going to slide out of my hand. I’m satisfied especially for the price!
