I applied it to a screen that was cracked to hold it together. It seems strong enough. However I should have purchased screen protector together with my tablet.

It was a gift but they said it was perfect. Durable. And good to protect the iPad. This was a replacement for his last and his mom said once she removed the old cracked one the screen underneath was perfect.
