It is hard to beat this case especially if you need a pencil holder and are looking for a reasonable price. I carry my iPad mini with me almost everywhere I go. The cases get dirty and worn easily. For this reason. I prefer a reasonably prices case that is maybe a little less chic than some of the more expensive ones and replace them frequently. I bought this case to replace a fancier case that was dirty and worn out. This case was substantially less expensive than the other case. It too will wear and get dirty. I won’t feel so bad to replace it because it was a smaller cost.

Good protection and easy to grip. Magnetic so turns the iPad on and off when opened and closed.

The case is a good fit and holds the pencil securely. It places the iPad into sleep mode when the lid is closed to prevent battery drain.
