This device holds the mini iPad firmly in place! the others are magnetic all over. Magnetically holds the iPad. as apposed to this device. which clips to the iPad and uses the magnetic part on the flap only. I can hold the iPad more securely. feel its secure. and have less fear of the iPad slipping out of the case (which my previous one always did).

This was just $12 and what I really like about it is the hard plastic back that the iPad snaps into. The blue color of the front is a different and unique color of blue.
