As a senior member of society with acute arthritis issues this kind of stuff drives me crazy. I was able to take it out of the box and install on my iPad air with no problems. Of note my wife has same on her iPad and she talked me into this purchase. Man o man from first touch it was so much better than the traditional old plastic.
