A must have for anyone with a pizza oven. I tried making pizza without the thermometer. but had no clue what temp the pizza stone was reading. so I ended up with pizza that was soggy on the bottom and burnt beyond crispy or edible on top. Now I know when my stone is above 750. I prefer 875 to 900 F. and my pizza is perfect!! Don’t hesitate. but an infra-red thermometer now!! No more gross pizza. I need to perfect presentation. but they taste great!

What man doesn”t need every item known to man for their outdoor kitchen and 5th wheel? So i bought this for the husband and he says it works great and is accurate. This was invaluable to track tyre and brake temperatures at a recent track day allowing me to be kinder to the car and maximise time on track. It is small and easy to store as well. I am sure there are lots of other uses but it is brill for a car.
