I got an xbox 360 but monitor is dvi/vga. This device permits me to use both the headphones and monitor. It is working VERY well with two small problems. Certain old games have garbled audio (Dungeons and Dragons Daggerdale). This is fixed by unplugging power and hdmi and reseating. If you remove the audio plug or the vga is not screwed in well the xbox will reboot. These issues seem minor as it work flawlessly with an array of games. Please note that this does not provide microphone functions. I do suggest this as a workable solution if you don’t have a tv!

Product was good but it did not allow dual monitor viewing which is what I wanted. When I called customer service they were terrific. They said they would update the online product description and gave me a refund since they did not have a dual monitor adapter to replace the one I bought. Very reliable very friendly service.
