Worked like a magic! I has it connects indirectly to HP Envy with a type c dock. which is amazing!

This adapter worked well for my HDMI to VGA scenario. It worked with an old Samsung LCD through the VGA connection. It supported direct video from the MiSTer running on a DE-10 Nano. producing a component signal. Unfortunately. my TV was not 100% compatible with the component output. so it had a pink hue. but these would probably work for sending RGB over direct video.

Excellent little unit had used one for over two years now with a HDMI computer to a 10 year old VGA monitor. Works fine with YouTube and other streaming services. Higher definition maybe a problem?

Worked perfectly hooking up a VGA projector (or any VGA display) to Apple TV or probably any HDMI out. Sound jack was essential as VGA doesn”t carry a sound signal.

It was a pleasant surprise to also find a 3.5mm audio cable and a micro usb cable in addition to the adapter. The adapter itself had great build quality and felt really secure in comparison with another product that I had purchased at the same time. The connection and image quality was strong. There isn”t really anything I don”t like about this product and i would recommend to others.
