Two included only needed one but getting two of these was cheaper than any other option and it did exactly what I hoped it would do. I use an old Apple Cinema Diplay HD(From like..2005 or something) as my second monitor for my Windows PC. It”s at 1680×1050 60hz. All it has is an attached single link DVI-D cable and my new graphics card doesn”t have a DVI port so I used this as an adaptor and it works flawlessly. Does exactly what is expected quality feels solid picture quality is not noticeably different although with that said this is an older monitor at a resolution below 1080p so I”m not exactly pushing it to its limit.I can”t speak long term as I”ve only had it for a day or so but it”s working perfectly so far and I will update my review if that changes.

I had a monitor with the full HDMI plug gifted to me and this adapter allowed me to connect it to the DVI port on my pc. It works perfectly. the picture is so clear! The adapter did partially cover up a usb port on my pc (why did ACER put the ports so close together?) so in retrospect maybe I should have chosen an adapter with a cable. It may be something to think about depending on how you plan to use the adapter. However that has nothing to do with the function of the adapter. It works perfectly. I highly recommend it!
