Works just fine. The cable is wrapped in threading like old electric appliances used to be. So it is softer and more flexible than traditional cable. The black and red pattern goes down the length of it. Looks cool

Thick quality cable. Came with protective dusty caps for the exposed ends. The weave supporting the basic cable is stiff without being rigid which makes the likelihood of damage to the internal wiring greatly reduced.
