at first the fingerprint was bad. but I then after I scanned 2-3 prints with the protector ON. it scans fine even without the extra sensitivity mode on..The feel is nice and smooth. however the issue is it feels a tad too small. it just barely covers the usable screen.

Liked how easy it was to install. Would be perfect if it fit right up to the edges which it doesn’t. Once a case is on there is still a tiny gap where to screen isn’t protected.

I purchased this JETEch Pixel 7 Screen/Lens Protector Kit before there were any reviews. and was not encouraged by the early ones. The listing notes that the protector is slightly smaller than the screen to allow compatibility with a variety of cases. and it seems this caused issues for some users. Armed with that info I noticed that the installation frame when correctly oriented places the protector too low. leaving a line or two of pixels uncovered at the top and extending further than necessary on the bottom edge. Yep. very distracting rainbow effect at the top of the screen..I got a much better fit not using the alignment frame. With the phone turned on you can easily see how to place the protector for best coverage and eliminate all top and bottom rainbows. There may be very sight distortion on the sides. but with the phone on you can much more easily balance the side coverage out so it is even and not at all noticeable. I am very happy with the final results when placed properly..My fingerprint sensor was not effected by the protector. but I switched the display to high sensitivity mode as Google recommends just in case. The rear lens cover works great. I am pleased. but removed a star because the alignment tool does not seem accurate.

Comes nicely packaged with cleaning wipes and a frame to install easily. Great that it protects the lenses too. I’ve had no issues with fingerprint scanning.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. Somebody clearly made an effort to have a good product. which isn’t always a certainty on ..(I bought the one for Pixel 7 phone and fitted perfectly)

I would hate to try and calculate how many screen protectors I have bought over the years and how much it’s cost me. Hands down these are the best I have purchased to date. In no small part due to the physical guide that fits over the phone so you correctly place the screen protector and it doesn’t end up misaligned. Add a bonus for having the cover for the cameras on the back. I Will certainly be buying a repeat of this brand.

Jetech has always made great products. The screen protector fits perfectly. no bubbles (be very careful to avoid dust during install). no unsightly camera hole or notch. and doesn’t interfere with cases. Buy it.

So I imagine you’re scanning reviews to see if the fingerprint scanner works. I can safely say yes it does! As this is such a new phone it was a bit of a leap of faith choosing this screen protector with no reviews but I know Jetech had lots of good reviews for iPhones so gave it a go and I’m happy to report yes it works absolutely fine. I also had concerns that there is no selfie hole cutout but that also works fine too..My previous phone was a Samsung Galaxy s21 which I used with the factory fitted plastic screen protector which I was scared to remove due to not being able to find a decent 3rd party screen protector. My Pixel 7 works just as well as my Samsung despite the s21 having a superior (on paper at least) ultrasonic scanner. I hope this helps.
