I received this nifty case today. Aug 23. 2023. As advertised. it’s very slim. Also. it was is good price. Yeah. the 2 grooves are not as deep as a WW I trench. LOL. Nevertheless. I’ve got no problem propping it up and it stays up. I just gotta be gentle..If the tablet gets heavy use. eventually you’ll need another case. Here’s proof: With my Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 purchased on 11/09/2018. just last week I installed a third case. So. in 5 years I’ve had 3 cases..Invest in another case is my advice. That way it’ll be there when you need it.

My original S7+ case was starting to look a bit tatty so I decided on this to replace it..It feels good. is secure. and has some nice magnets in to not only activate the device when opening the case. but also to hold the S-Pen into it’s little receptacle. This receptacle has a nice access cut-out so you’re not fiddling to get the pen out. The base has notches to hold up the tablet though at quite a steep angle so keep that in mind..My only real issue is that when the case is closed the S-Pen is exposed. My previous case had a magnetic flap to cover the S-Pen so it doesn’t go walkies..For this case the safest option is to store the S-Pen inside in the receptacle. but keep in mind that you’ll need to charge the S-Pen for the more advanced functions if you keep it inside.
