My package was open but other than that the item was still in the envelope. Literally just put the screen protector on and you can’t even tell it’s there. Touch sensors work well as well. Have not set up the fingerprint recognition yet because I rather use a code.

Like any other glass screen protector you just have to be careful because they are fragile. This is my second time purchasing this so it is my go to. What i found about the fingerprint issue just delete your old one and register a new one. Way easier!!!
