I’ve been very impressed with JETech items for the cost and. with phone case. ipad screen protector. and phone screen protectors..Bought these phone screen protectors for myself and mum and noticed the fingerprint recognition for sign in/unlock did not work at all on the first day of install. For my mum. she was not able to get fingerprint recognition to work after day 1 and was happy to change to an alternative and more familiar sign-in option anyway. For me. I noticed the fingerprint recognition worked from the day 2 onwards. but does not work all the time. I think this could also be partly due to how I set up my fingerprints initially as I have had some inconsistency prior to having the screen protector on. but I have noticed it being noticeably less consistent with the screen protector and really have to ensure the flattest part of the finger is in the perfect spot in order to work..Other than this. the touch sensitivity for typing. scrolling. etc. has shown no issues. it has a nice smooth feel to it exactly like the original screen. and the visual colour/quality are not decreased with the protector. It has already served its purpose and am glad I got the 3 pack as mum went on holiday and with her phone being in and out of bags. she got a crack along the side edge of the protector. I was worried the damage may have also impacted the phone screen as there is a 1mm gap between protector and case where the screen is exposed. but there was no damage to the original screen. Would be happy to buy again. But may do more testing with my fingerprint setup to see if that issue can be fixed or if I might need to consider a different protector for myself in future…. But I’m happy enough with it to keep using until needing to replace. The install video was also very useful and I appreciate this extra effort provided by JETech. which shows good quality and care for their products and customers. Thank you!
