This screen protector was very easy to apply and I feel really good that the glass tempered glass will protect the Kindle Fire HD 8. Touch and visual is not compromised with this screen protector.

I ordered this for the Fire HD 8. It fit perfectly. Putting it on is not easy though. It took me like 3 times. It sticks quick and if it’s not straight you need to take the whole thing off again and start over. The little sticker holders it comes with do not work. I just ended up using my fingers very carefully do I didn’t smudge the screen to place the screen on.

First delivery was a used item repackaged like it was new. I assume a simple shipping mistake. Seller very quickly sent a replacement. As I was installing this one it formed a crack in the upper right corner. I had not centered it on the screen precisely enough. My fault. But I have never before had a screen protector snap in two while simply trying to install it. I think this item is too fragile for me. It looks workable and I will use it for now. But I will not buy one like this again.
