Works with The Oculus Rift S! (Which was the main reason why I got this)
However when connected to my second monitor it sometimes has this green glitchy affect to certain colours but disconnecting and reconnect the cable fixes it (until restarting the PC)

I use it to connect/disconnect/ switch between two different computers. It sends a perfect signal out of an nVidia 1660t to my NEC P241w monitor.

I purchased this so I could plug my Oculus Rift S VR headset without having to reach around the back of my PC. It works perfectly and I’ve not encountered any issues. I am plugging it into an RTX2070..I am pleased with this cable. It seems well constructed and the connectors are good quality.
