This cable is robust and well made after pluging it in my Oculus Rift S recogised the DP port and worked without problems. This cable means that I can leave it plugged into my graphics card and just connect the Oculus headset when required.

Bought this and a USB extention cable to extend my Rift S VR headset cables so i have greater room to move about and works great.

Purchased this so I didn”t have to keep reaching behind the tower case to plug/unplug the Rift”s DP connector. I have a USB3 port at the front so this allows me to plug it all in from the front…. Shame I couldn”t find just 1M length.

The repeater set up shown on that blog does not work for many.THIS combo works for your Rift-S.
