The product seems to be functioning effectively. What I am disappointed in is that neither side is marked to indicated the way to plug it into the phone! Turn it this way or that way?!?!? My concern is that over time I may inadvertently damage the plug because I have to twist it this way and that way to ensure the correct connection to the phone.
