Looks and feels like “paperlike” to me. I have a paperlike film on my iPad. It’s been on there for about two years now and I have a love/hate relationship with it. This protector is the same to me. I like that it protects the screen. I like the feel of writing on it over writing on the glossy screen. But I don’t like the look of the screen as much with it on as it’s not as vibrant to me. My old iPad mini. I don’t think is OLED so I think I’m not losing that much. My daughter’s iPad Air is OLED (I think) so there’s more to lose. Although it still looks better than my iPad mini with it on. so maybe the screen does overcome a bit of the “mattness”..Overall it’s a good product. she won’t remove it because she likes writing with it on better. Also the protection aspect of it as well. I also think this is still better than the glass screen protectors which look like garbage after a few months at the corners. And these are much cheaper so you can just replace them if they are getting messed up a bit and not break the bank. Although the paperlike comes in packs of 2 (mine did anyway) and this is just a single item so maybe the cost is around the same at the end of the day.

Excellent screen protector. gives a nice finish. Really easy to install. no bubbles or other issues getting it on. The finish is really nice.
So much to do. so little time –
Most of the cost of these screen protectors is for the added extras supplied for applying the protector to your screen..They can be a bit of a faff to fit. you have to take great care not to get any specs of dust trapped underneath it (really irritating if you do). and take care not to incorporate any bubbles..Having tried it. the paper feel works really well for me when using a pen. But I don’t like the feel of it when using finger to swipe etc for browsing. I also don’t like that it dulls the screen a bit. although that is less noticeable if using dark mode..If you’ve never used a ‘paper’ screen protector before. the only way to know if it works for you is to fork out the money and try one. This brand is more reasonably priced than some.

I was sceptical but was happily surprised. Easy to install. provides protection to my iPad screen whilst improving the use of the Apple Pencil Pro. And cheaper than other alternatives on the market. Very happy with this purchase.
